Download and Install
Download the Windows installer from the official website, double-click to run, follow the prompts to complete installation.
Connect Printer
Use USB cable to connect printer to computer, install driver (built-in), wait for connection status to turn green.
Create New Template
Click "New Template", Smart Detect auto-identifies paper width and height, set label size, choose blank or preset template.
Design and Print
Add text, barcode, QR code, image elements from the left toolbar. Click preview to confirm, then click Print.

Chapter 1 - Product Introduction
1.1 What is SnapMark
SnapMark is a professional label editing and printing software. Used with a label printer, it enables quick design of various labels (text, barcodes, QR codes, images, etc.) with single and batch print modes.
1.2 Main Features
WYSIWYG label editing, Smart Detect auto paper detection, QR code/barcode generation, Excel batch data import, custom field management, print history records and more.
1.3 Application Scenarios

Chapter 2 - Device Connection
2.1 USB Connection
Connect printer to computer with USB cable. Ensure cable quality is good and the connection is tight. System will auto-recognize new hardware on first connection.
2.2 Install Driver
Open SnapMark software, click the printer icon in the top right, select "Install Driver" from the popup. Software will auto-download and install the appropriate driver.
2.3 Verify Connection
After driver installation, a green dot next to the printer icon means successful connection. Red indicates no connection or driver issue.
Chapter 3 - Quick Start
3.1 New Template
Click "New Template", Smart Detect will auto-detect current paper width and height, configure label size. You can also manually enter label size parameters.
3.2 Design Label
Drag text, barcode, QR code, image elements from the left toolbar onto the label design area. Double-click an element to edit content, style, font, size and other properties.
3.3 Preview and Print
Click Preview to see the actual print result. Once confirmed, click Print, enter the number of copies in the print dialog and click OK to start printing.
Chapter 5 - Batch Print
5.1 Prepare Excel Data
Organize data in Excel, each column corresponds to a label field. Save as .xlsx or .csv. First row recommended for field names.
5.2 Import Data
In label editor, click "Batch Data" → "Import Excel", select the data file. System will auto-match fields with label design field names.
5.3 Batch Preview and Print
After import, click "Preview All" to see all label results. Confirm, then click "Batch Print", enter the number. System will print sequentially.
Chapter 9 - FAQ
Q1: Driver installation failed?
Make sure to run the installer as administrator, disable antivirus software and try again. If it still fails, download the standalone driver from the official website.
Q2: Printer not connecting?
Check if USB cable is plugged in tightly, try a different USB port or cable. Make sure printer power is on and the indicator light is normal.
Q3: Print output blurry?
Check if paper type setting is correct (thermal/thermal transfer). Clean the print head with an alcohol cotton swab.
Q4: Data misalignment in batch print?
Check if Excel data column order matches field order. Make sure data has no extra blank rows or special characters.
